A new multi-family development is in the works in Huntsville. Located along Oakwood Road in Huntsville, Boardwalk at Research Park will include 448 new apartment units and offers convenient access to The University of Alabama in Huntsville, the Bridge Street Town Centre, the recently-opened Orion Amphitheater and other destinations in Huntsville.

Boardwalk at Research Park will be one of the newest offerings from Zimmer Development Company, a national commercial and multi-family developer. Zimmer Development Company is working with 3North, an architectural design firm, to create the build plan for Boardwalk at Research Park.
