Alabama summer is notoriously known for its blazing heat. But floating in cool water across one of our many waterways is a popular relaxation mechanism across the state.
We have a large variety of tubing options in different forms of trails + water across the state providing great options in every corner.

Big Wills Creek in Attalla
- Put in: Big Wills Creek Campground
- Take out: Back to the entrance
- What to expect: The stream flow is 1 1/2 hours in Attalla. The campground has spaces for RVs, camping, small homes + more for visitors

Saugahatchee Creek in Auburn
- Put in: Lee County Road 65 or Wire Road
- Take out: Lee County Road 188 or Yates Dam
- What to expect: Flowing through the eastern central parts of Alabama, this creek is infamous for fishing + camping. This creek flows for 55 miles.

Chattahoochee River in Phenix City + Eufaula
- Put in: Langdale Boat Landing on Fam James Drive
- Take out: Downstream on Valley Lake Park
- What to expect: Flowing through Alabama, Georgia + Florida, there is availability for drinking water is accessible + recreational use
- Cost: Daily passes are $5. Tubing rentals vary by time.
- Visit Chattahoochee River Fees + Chattahoochee River
Styx River in Baldwin County
- Put in: Upstream Styx River
- Take out: Riverfront base
- What to expect: Accessible for kayaking, fishing, canoeing + tubing, visitors enjoy Styx River for having multiple recreational options.

Blue Springs State Park in Clio
- Put in: Highway 10 Bridge.
- Take out: County Road 15 or 33.
- What to expect: Family friendly park for swimming + camping. There are also recreational activities like tennis + trails are available for visitors to enjoy.
- Cost: Day passes are $5 for adults + $3 for seniors (62+) + kids (4-11)

- Put in: Cypress Creek public access area
- Take out: Wildwood Park
- What to expect: Multi-recreational + great water is what this creek is known for. Cypress allows fishing, kayaking + canoeing.

Tallapoosa River in Tallapoosa
- Put in: Highway 49 Bridge + Horseshoe Bend public access
- Take out: Downstream on Jay Bird Landing
- What to expect: Flowing through Wetumpka + state lines, Tallapoosa River, the stream is 2 to 4 hours + has a unique speed.

Conecuh River in Bullock County
- Put in: River Falls Boat Ramp Point A
- Take out: Prestwood Bridge
- What to expect: Running for 230 miles, Conecuh River is used for kayaking + tubing. This river runs down to the border of Mexico.

Terrapin Creek in Piedmont
- Put in: Frank Stewart Bridge
- Take out: County Road 175 Bridge
- What to expect: Running through Cherokee counties, this creek is part of Talladega’s National Forest. Visitors are apple to tube, fish + swim.
- Cost: Day passes are free admission, but $10 for a shuttle if you have your own gear

Limestone Canoe + Tube in Brierfield
- Put in: The starting point of Little Cahaba River in the upper river
- Take out: The end of Little Cahaba River
- What to expect: About 47 miles from Selma, Brierfield has a tubing location for visitors to enjoy. This is the closest location for tubing in the Selma area that offers tubing + camping sites with grills provided.
- Cost: Day passes are $10 per person.

Lake Nicol in Tuscaloosa
- Put in + Take out: Entrance + exit is Nicol Park on Lake Nicol Road
- What to expect: Known for cliff jumping + kayaking, this lake has exceptional options of entertainment for different wants for vistors
