The matcha-craze is sweeping through the state and cafes around Alabama are responding.

This drink features shade-grown Camellia sinensis leaves ground perfectly into a fine powder and served over ice or hot and steamy. According to matcha.com, this bright green drink is rich in antioxidants, can aid in weight management and supports heart health.
