We are officially one week away from the opening match of the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup and you can feel the buzz in the air as soccer fans prepare their schedules around matches for the next month.

Between June 11 and July 19, bars + restaurants across the country will be packed with soccer fans watching the world’s most popular competition.

Here in Alabama, there are some official watch parties being held by a handful of official American Outlaws chapters along with several places advertising watch parties throughout the tournament.

Whether you’re just looking to enjoy the U.S. matches or want to watch every game of the tournament, here are some places you can connect with your local soccer community.

American Outlaws watch parties in Alabama

The United States is sharing host duties for the first time in three decades which is why you’re likely seeing a lot more buzz around this summer’s competition than in years past. It’s also why you can find Argentina down on The Plains just days before the start of the World Cup.

But the biggest watch parties will likely be for the United States which is guaranteed at least three group stage matches including:

June 12: Paraguay, 8PM
June 19: Australia, 2PM
June 25: Turkey, 9PM

If you’re going out to a watch party, I recommend you get there early to make sure you have a seat!

The American Outlaws is the official supporters group of U.S. Soccer men’s, women’s and youth teams. There are only two official chapters in “good standing” in Alabama but several others have previously existed or are in rebuilding mode. You can join or help build your local chapter through the American Outlaws website.
