If you’re like us, a solid sandwich never fails to hit the spot. While Mobile’s food scene is best known for its seafood and gumbo, the Port City also has some fabulous spots to grab a sandwich stuffed with all of your favorite fillings—and maybe some creative combos you’ve never tried.

Looking for a classic southern restaurant with delicious food? Look no further! Regina’s Kitchen is the perfect little spot to enjoy a tasty sandwich in a comfortable environment. Tucked away in an industrial area, this hidden gem is always packed with customers from all over!
“Regina’s definitely has the best sandwiches that I’ve been able to find in Mobile. The staff is so welcoming and sweet, which makes the experience that much better! Everyone needs to try the Tom Turkey—trust me.”

Stevie’s Kitchen is the epitome of soul food, with everything from sandwiches to gumbo. While this lunch spot is often busy inside, it is definitely worth the wait. Their Philly cheesesteak is a must-try, and I highly recommend following it up with a slice of key lime pie.
