The headliner of February may be Valentines Day, but Alabama’s got some fantastic concerts happening throughout the month. Looking for a gift for your special someone (or your Galentines)? Grab tickets to one of these seven big concerts around the state.

1. Journey (with Toto) | Birmingham

Either you grew up on Journey, you grew up with your parents listening to Journey or you unconsciously know all the words to Don’t Stop Believin.’ Whatever it is, you can’t deny their classic tunes.

2. St. Paul & The Broken Bones | Huntsville

This eight-person soul ensemble started in Birmingham and has gained a loyal following since their founding in 2011. Incorporating sounds from soul, funk and even disco music, St. Paul and the Broken Bones is sure to bring a good time to one of the most popular music venues in Huntsville—Mars Music Hall.

3. The Brook & The Bluff | Tuscaloosa

The Brook & The Bluff, a Nashville-based band with roots in Birmingham, is coming to Tuscaloosa’s Druid City Music Hall. Their inventive albums have caught on in the Music City and beyond, and they’ve even supported Rainbow Kitten Surprise multiple times. This is sure to be a memorable Tuesday night in T-town.

4. Celtic Woman | Montgomery

On their 20th Anniversary Tour, Celtic Woman is making a stop in Alabama’s capital city. This group of talented musicians brings the authentic sound of Ireland to the U.S., and they’ve won countless accolades doing it.

5. Drew + Ellie Holcomb | Huntsville

The renowned husband-and-wife duo hailing from Nashville is bringing their Americana, singer-songwriter sound to the Mars Music Hall stage. You may have even heard Drew Holcomb in How I Met Your Mother, Criminal Minds and HOUSE.

6. Larry Fleet | Birmingham

This is going to be a great night for country music lovers. Larry Fleet will take the Iron City stage to perform hits like “Where I Find God” and “Working Man.”

7. Gala Concert featuring Yo-Yo Ma | Mobile

The awe-inspiring Yo-Yo Ma is rounding out this month of concerts with a performance at the Mobile Symphony Orchestra. His incredible cello talent has gained him worldwide fame and renown, and his skills will be on full display in the Port City on the last day of February.
