Ultimate Frisbee, also known as Ultimate, is a non-contact game played by two teams of seven players. Think football and soccer, but with a flying disc. The team passes the frisbee from one player to the next without dropping it or taking steps while holding it. To score, all you need to do is catch the disc in the opponent’s end zone.
