Anchor Drops Cocktails and our scores

Moving on to the moment you’ve been waiting for: the cocktail section! Here is our take on three of Anchor Drops’ cocktails

1. Frozen piña colada – 8/10

Starting off strong with an iconic tropical drink. My friend LOVES Piña coladas and was so excited to try this cocktail. Served in a giant pineapple as big as her, the presentation was fabulous. And so was the drink. As an expert judge of piña coladas, she gave it a 8/10.

2. Nuevo Amanecer – 7/10

Meaning new sunrise in Spanish, this drink is Anchor Drop’s creative take on a tequila sunrise. It tastes very tequila-y though so if you’re looking for something less stout opt for the colada.

3. Beach Italian – 9/10

This cocktail is actually not on Anchor Drops menu, but was a daily special. Made with rum and topped with fernet, it was the perfect mixture of sweet and bitter. Would definitely order again.
