2025 Alabama gymnastics
Alabama is still searching for its first national championship since 2012 but the overall success has not dropped off too much. The team’s last SEC Championship came in 2021.
In 2024, the Crimson Tide won 12 meets and finished second at the SEC Championships for the third straight year. Alabama then took eighth place in the NCAA Tournament.
Expectations remain high this season under coach Ashley Priess-Johnston. According to the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) Preseason Poll, the Crimson Tide open the year ranked sixth in the country.
The 2025 home schedule includes:
- Okahoma, Jan. 24
- LSU, Feb. 7
- Auburn, Feb. 21
- Florida, March 7
Alabama will also host a quad meet in Huntsville on March 9. The SEC Tournament, scheduled for March 22, will be hosted in Birmingham this season.
