EA Sports College Football 26
DeBoer and some of his players got a chance to play the game a couple of weeks early, taking their top-ranked virtual team to the field.
Earlier this year, EA announced Ryan Williams as one of the cover athletes for this year’s game. He’s the fourth Alabama player to be on the cover, following:
- Shaun Alexander | NCAA Football 2001
- Mark Ingram | NCAA Football 12
- Jalen Milroe | College Football 25
Alabama was also listed as the fifth toughest place to play in this year’s game behind LSU, Penn State, Ohio State and Georgia.
With all that in mind, it’s safe to say there will be plenty of people choosing to play with the Tide when the new game drops next week.
Auburn featured in top 25
Auburn has struggled in recent years but the new wave of talent on The Plains has the Tigers gaining some extra hype under Hugh Freeze.
The Tigers come in at 22nd in the EA Sports rankings with an overall team rating of 84.
But it’s not just the football team that will be representing the orange + blue. The school’s marching band got a chance to record the iconic theme for EA Sports which will play each time the game is launched.
