Alabama wine bar makes USA Today’s 10Best Wine Shops

Alabama’s wine scene continues to grow with a variety of vineyards opened across the state.
But if you don’t want to go out to see where the wine is made, you can still check out some of Alabama’s best wine shops. One of them in Mobile is considered to be among the best in the country, according to USA Today’s annual reader’s choice awards.
USA Today named Red or White in Mobile the eighth best wine shop across the country.
“Head to the shop to sample a glass or two, or grab a bottle and some friends, and order a handmade wood-fired pizza from the on-site restaurant.”

The media outlet said its goal was to find the wine shops that provide a sense of discovery and intimacy with events and recommendations that cater to individual tastes.

While the Mobile location was specifically mentioned by USA Today, Red or White has three spots in Alabama for wine lovers to visit.
