The Guntersville Cafe is the ninth Alabama location and will be owned and operated by Lori and Herbert Buckner.

In case you haven’t heard, Another Broken Egg is one of the fastest-growing national breakfast/brunch spots, so it’s no wonder they found Guntersville ideal for their next opening.

This location is special because it’s one of the first businesses to open at the highly anticipated multi-million dollar development, City Harbor at Lake Guntersville.

While many businesses are still a work in progress at the development, The Wake Eatery, a casual “something for everyone” restaurant, is now open. Expect several more retail and restaurant openings coming this spring.

If you’re feelin’ like catching a morning buzz, Another Broken Egg is the only national daytime café with a bar that produces hand-crafted cocktails. My personal favorite? The Lemon Blueberry mimosa. It’s a refreshing twist on the classic breakfast drink.

Their menu is full of southern-inspired delicacies, including:

• Cinnamon-roll French Toast
• Shrimp ‘N Grits
• Southern Chicken Sandwich
