Baumhower’s Victory Grille has broken ground in Millbrook, Alabama.

The much-anticipated restaurant, named after the famous University of Alabama all-American football player and restaurateur, will be located in The Marketplace at 17 Springs, the commercial element of the state-of-the-art recreational, entertainment and sports complex.

“I am beyond excited to welcome Baumhower’s Victory Grille as the flagship restaurant to The Marketplace at 17 Springs and can’t wait until they open their doors for business.

It is a pleasure to work with Bob Baumhower, his son Spencer, and the other members of the Aloha Hospitality team. Bob recognizes the potential here for which I’m very grateful.”

  • Event center

The new sports bar is expected to open in summer 2026.
