According to Forbes’ recent list of the top 300 U.S. companies for customer service, Birmingham-based Regions Bank is the highest-ranked bank when it comes to customer service. Read on to learn more and see why Regions made the top of the list.

In an era of robocalls and being forced to listen to elevator music while on hold, a good customer service experience truly sticks out. But which companies go the extra mile to ensure their customer service experience is as positive as possible?

Forbes is on a mission to find out.

After working with data analytics company HundredX on a year-long online survey of 201,000 people in the United States—with 4.2 million ratings on more than 3,000 brands—Forbes has published Best Customer Service 2024, a list of the top 300 companies in the U.S. when it comes to customer service.

The brands were ranked based on customer response in categories like knowledge and attitude of staff, speed of service and handling of returns. The top three companies on Forbes’ Best Customer Service 2024 list are The UPS Store, Chick-fil-A and REI.

According to Forbes, Birmingham-based Regions Bank is the highest-ranked bank in the U.S. when it comes to customer service.
