Huntsville Restaurant Week runs August 13-22. This annual event highlights local fooderies and provides a chance to get a true taste of Rocket City. For the next 10 days, let yourself off the hook for home cooking. Get out of the house, go on a date night, meet some friends and enjoy supporting Huntsville locals in the most delicious way. 1. Melt

Melt is home to melted sandwiches beyond your basic grilled cheese. With salads, appetizers and food for the kids, Melt will have your mouth watering.

Restaurant Week Special:

  • $9 Mac ‘N Egg Roll—Mac and cheese stuffed egg rolls
  • $9 Food Truck Nachos—Kettle chips with pulled pork, nacho cheese, fried jalapeños, barbeque sauce and jalapeño ranch

2. The Cozy Cow

The Cozy Cow is coffee shop, ice cream shop and American cuisine all rolled into a one-stop shop. With the Alabama heat, make sure to grab a scoop of your favorite ice cream flavor.
