Though not within Alabama’s borders, Destin and 30A are well-known vacation destinations for Alabamians. Right between those two spots, in Miramar Beach, a new resort is underway. Keep reading for all the details on The Grove at Seascape Resort.

The Grove at Seascape Resort is a massive project set to be constructed in phases, the first of which is now underway. This first phase includes three Mediterranean-style buildings—The Holly, The Juniper and The Dogwood.

These three buildings will contain 97 condominium units in total, with options for one to four bedrooms. This phase will include the buildings plus amenities, which include:

  • Grove Aquatic Gardens
  • Lazy river
  • Family pool, social pool + zero-entry pool
  • Sundecks, covered seating areas + open-air pavilions
  • TVs + lawn games
  • Events lawn
  • Bathhouses
  • Playground
  • Outdoor workout area

Totaling over $50M, this first phase of The Grove at Seascape Resort will make way for the rest of the 300-acre masterplan, which includes additional accommodations, a clubhouse, restaurants, a golf course, tennis courts, concert and event venues, parasailing and water sports, a town center and much more.

Plus, guests and residents of The Grove at Seascape Resort will have access to the private 2,000-foot beach on the Emerald Coast.

This new development is led by The Highland Group, a real estate development and commercial construction firm with offices in the Gulf Coast Region, Tennessee Valley Region and Florida Panhandle Region.
