Only one Alabama singer remains on American Idol after the popular show made more cuts this week.
After everyone got a chance to take the stage during the show’s first ever Ohana round in Hawaii, 10 contestants were sent home including Bryant Thomas from Mobile and Kiera Howell from Geneva.
But Florence native Kutter Bradley did enough to survive at least one more week, thanks to his performance of “Amarillo Sky” by Jason Aldean.
“Great song choice for you. And I tell you, rocking overalls in Hawaii, that’s pretty amazing. You really impressed me where you went vocally. I enjoyed it, great job.”

Bradley got to take his parents with him to Hawaii, performing in front of them on the national stage. And he made sure to give them a shoutout before his song started.
“The reason I picked that song is because it’s a song about hard work. Dedicating it to my parents right here because they showed me what hard work is and it’s rubbed off on me because I’m hard working for my dreams right now.”

The 22-year-old has taken on a variety of country and rock songs, singing Three Doors Down and HARDY with his first two performances of the season before taking on the popular Jason Aldean single.
Bradley graduated from Rogers High School—the same school as Grammy winner Jason Isbell. And he’s following in those footsteps as he is quickly becoming a household name in the Shoals.

So what comes next for Bradley?
The season is down to its final 20 contestants and for the first time this year, you will have a chance to determine who moves on to the next round.
While it’s not clear how many cuts will be made each week, America will begin voting next week. So be sure to tune in to ABC at 7PM on March 16 to help Bradley stay alive in the competition.
