Gadsden breaks ground on new Noccalula Park pavilion

Gadsden is on a roll.

Last month, the Northeast Alabama city announced it had attracted global auto supplier Minth Group Limited to invest and build a $430 million facility on the former Republic Steel site. Once completed, about 1,300 jobs will be created.

Last week, the community held a groundbreaking for a new pavilion at Nocculula Falls, one of the region’s largest tourist destinations.
