The Noble South’s TV debut
This was the first time since 2008 that the popular show on Food Network made a stop in Alabama. During the feature, Guy Fieri and Chef Pete Blohme showed off some of The Noble South‘s iconic menu items, including:
- Chicken-fried quail
- Crawfish etouffee
- The Noble South’s famous cornbread
Food Network even shared a recipe for their beloved cornbread if you want to try it out yourself. Yep, it uses mayo and sugar, which even took Guy by surprise.

- The Noble South
- The Hummingbird Way
- Roosters
