How will inclement weather impact the Tide and fans at the Rose Bowl?
Reading time: 2 minutes

The Alabama Crimson Tide arrived in Pasadena, California on Tuesday to prepare for its Rose Bowl matchup against top ranked Indiana. Let’s hope they brought rain gear.
According to the Weather Channel, for the first time in two decades, potentially dangerous weather is expected during the Rose Parade and possibly the game.
For Bama fans, stormy weather brings back bad memories of last year’s catastrophic ReliaQuest Bowl loss to Michigan when the game began in the midst of a downpour. And remember the season opening loss to Florida State? Yes, it rained in the middle of that matchup too.
Unfortunately, for folks who are not football fans, the Rose Parade forecast from the National Weather Service looks worse than the game.
Below is the NWS two day forecast.
The University of Alabama Million Dollar Band and Homewood High School Band are marching in the 2026 Rose Parade. No word on how prepared they are for wet weather.
Is there any good weather news? For local Alabama fans, the weather is expected to be sunny throughout the day and in the low 60s at kickoff.
