If you’ve ever celebrated an Auburn athletics victory at Toomer’s Corner, you know it can get pretty messy.

Some wins certainly bring out more toilet paper than others but it may be hard to believe those trees could hold any more than they have in the past.

But Eli Manning is bringing his ESPN show to town to find out just how much toilet paper Auburn fans can put in the trees all at once. Here’s what you need to know about the world-record attempt:

  • What: Rolling Toomer’s Corner
  • When: Tuesday, July 8 | Meet at 4:30PM, rolling begins at 5PM
  • Where: Meet at Samford Lawn

Eli’s Places at Toomer’s Corner

So what is an Ole Miss alum doing trying to create history on The Plains?

Well, Eli Manning has a show on ESPN+ called “Eli’s Places,” highlighting college football history and traditions across the country. A show like that can’t exist without a trip to Toomer’s Corner.

The two-time Super Bowl MVP will be joined by two unnamed special guest stars—probably some with closer connections to the Tigers.

It’s unclear what exact record Manning hopes to break but he’s asking for help from everyone in Auburn. An official Guinness adjudicator will be on site to certify the record attempt.
