Mason is one of two chefs competing on episode three of the popular show’s 30th season. The show consists of two challenges: first, Mason will go head-to-head against fellow vegan Chef Tamearra Dyson. Then, guest judges Mark Cuban and Sunny Anderson choose a favorite to move forward in the competition. In round two, the winning chef challenges celebrity chef Bobby Flay to create a signature dish. Guest judges then decide the winner.
