A Holiday Inn located in Downtown Mobile was listed for sale late last year by Cushman & Wakefield, a Florida-based commercial real estate company.

The building, located at 301 Government Street, is a recognizable fixture of Mobile’s skyline thanks in part to its cylindrical shape.
