Hook, line and sinker. Humminbird, a leading global innovator of marine electronics products, is expanding its Eufaula facilities in a multimillion dollar expansion. Here’s why it matters.

A look at the expansion project

The expansion project officially kicked off on December 15 with a groundbreaking ceremony. 

to meet ongoing strong demand for its technologies. The expansion project will increase the production and assembly areas by 25 percent and is scheduled to be completed in late 2022. 

The multimillion dollar expansion will include the addition of 29,000 square feet of space which will increase production and assembly areas by 25 percent. The project will also include the installation of solar rooftop panels and four EV charging stations in the facilities parking areas.

This isn’t the first expansion to Eufaula’s Humminbird facilities. In May 2021, the warehouse underwent a 17,000 square-foot addition that expanded the space by 40 percent.
