Pro soccer in the Capital City is coming. Montgomery United FC kicks off its inaugural season in USL League 2 on May 10th at Emory Folmar YMCA Championship Stadium.

Their opponent? In-state rival Dothan United.

The May matchup marks the beginning of a unique home-and-home series, with Montgomery United and Dothan United each hosting their season home openers against one another. After clashing in Montgomery, the rivalry will reignite a week later when Montgomery United travels to Dothan for the return fixture on May 17.
