College students have flooded campuses, and football season is approaching fast. The Princeton Review’s release of Best 389 Colleges: 2024 Edition couldn’t come at a more exciting time for students, alumni and fans across Alabama. Here’s how we stacked up in the rankings.

Auburn fans, get ready for a hearty “War Eagle.” In addition to being a featured college in The Princeton Review’s Best 389 Colleges: 2024 Edition, Auburn landed impressive rankings in several categories.

Just in time for football season, Auburn took the top spot in the Best Athletic Facilities category. The iconic Jordan-Hare Stadium, as well as top-notch facilities like Plainsman Park, the Neville Arena, the Yarbrough Tennis Center and many others earned Auburn University this #1 ranking.

But it doesn’t stop there. Auburn University also placed #8 in Best Quality of Life—an important category for sure. This category is based on survey results from students, including questions on campus beauty and safety, dorms and food, overall happiness and more.

If that wasn’t enough, Auburn University also placed in the top 25 in several other categories, including:

  • #2 in Town-Gown Relations are Great
  • #3 in Students Love their School Teams
  • #4 in Their Students Love These Colleges
  • #5 in Lots of Greek Life
  • #6 in Happiest Students
  • #7 in Friendliest Students
  • #21 in Everyone Plays Intramural Sports

It seems like Auburn really is the Loveliest Village on the Plains.
