New deal to bring select SWAC events to local TV stations

The Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) TV announced a joint partnership with Triple B Media and Gray Media to simulcast dozens of upcoming SWAC sporting events.

Under this new partnership, matchups will be available free over-the-air on local channels, as well as streamed on the digital SWAC TV channel.

Gray Media has television stations in multiple Alabama markets with SWAC institutions including:

• Huntsville
  • WAFF
  • WAAY
• Montgomery
  • WSFA
  • WCOV
  • WIYC

These channels will air various sporting events from their local SWAC schools. These games will include football, basketball, soccer, and other popular men’s and women’s sports.
