Founded in Florida in 1995, Tijuana Flats is finally making its way back to Alabama with a new location in Mobile. Here’s what you need to know about the fast-casual Tex-Mex favorite.
What’s on the menu at Tijuana Flats
With over 200 locations in Florida, North Carolina and Illinois, Tijuana Flats is known for their tacos, burritos and signature sauces. Here’s a taste of their menu:
- Double Stack Cheesy Tacos
- Cheesy Steak Flautas
- Baja Fish Tacos
- Queso Blanco Carnitas Chimichanga
- Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl
- Cookie Dough Flautas
On top of that, you’ll find wall art and plenty of hot sauce inside each Tijuana Flats location—including the new one in Mobile. This new location is a part of Tijuana Flats’ expansion plan, which includes 50 new restaurants across the Southeast according to Nation’s Restaurant News.
The first Tijuana Flats location will open in Mobile soon
The Mobile Tijuana Flats location has posted a job listing online—and you know what that means. The queso is coming soon. Here’s where you’ll be able to find it:
