Who’s ready for more Goat Island? (The Bama Buzz)

Once again, Goat Island Brewing has something big in the works—but this time, it’s not just a new brew. They’re opening up a second location for Cullman locals and visitors to enjoy their classic flavors, plus new creations. Keep reading for all the details.

About Goat Island Brewing’s new location

Founded in 2015, Goat Island Brewery has become a favorite in Alabama and beyond over the past nine years. Located in Cullman, the brewery has crafted locally-loved flavors (with fun names) like the Goatopia Juicy IPA and the Blood Orange Berliner Weisse.

While you can find many of Goat Island’s beers in local grocery stores, they also have a brewery in Cullman. Now, they’re expanding to a new, second location.

Cotton Creek Warehouse in Cullman, an event venue in downtown Cullman, will welcome Goat Island Brewing to their 80,000-square-foot space soon. The new brewery, equipped with a smaller brewing system, will allow the Goat Island team to experiment with even more creative beers as well as serve up their classic favorites in a relaxing, aesthetic atmosphere.

“We are excited to bring our passion for craft beer and innovation to the heart of downtown Cullman. The new location at Cotton Creek Warehouse provides us with the perfect canvas to experiment with new flavors and brewing techniques.”

Mike Mullaney, one of the founders of Goat Island Brewery (Cotton Creek Warehouse)
