A new Guthrie’s location is planned for Millbrook’s fast-growing 17 Springs development, marking the chicken finger chain’s very first spot in the city.

The legendary Alabama restaurant will sit prominently at the intersection of Highway 14 and 17 Springs Boulevard, according to a commercial real estate listing. That prime location places it at the main entrance of 17 Springs, directly across from the newly opened Baumhower’s Victory Grille.

The beloved fast-food chain has been rapidly expanding its presence throughout the River Region in recent years, with its most recent area restaurant opening in nearby Wetumpka earlier this summer.
