According to the Ledger Enquirer, Toasted was founded by brothers Aspen Jones and Skylar Toole in 2023, and it’s become a fast favorite of Columbus, Georgia locals.

Serving up classic breakfast plates, comfort food and creative Southern cuisine, Toasted has created a menu full of crave-worthy dishes like:

  • Biscuit Beignets
  • Eggs Benedict
  • Spicy Chicken Biscuit
  • Philly Omelet
  • Fried & Confused (French toast sandwich with fried chicken, pimento cheese, bacon + raspberry jalapeño jelly)
  • Old Fashioned Salisbury Steak
  • Fish and Chips
  • Shrimp and Grits
  • Elvis Burger

Now, you can find that menu in Alabama. Since their opening last week, Toasted Smiths Station has already seen high demand and five-star reviews—just like their original Columbus, Georgia location.
