What’s on the menu at the new Toasted
According to the Ledger Enquirer, Toasted was founded by brothers Aspen Jones and Skylar Toole in 2023, and it’s become a fast favorite of Columbus, Georgia locals.
Serving up classic breakfast plates, comfort food and creative Southern cuisine, Toasted has created a menu full of crave-worthy dishes like:
- Biscuit Beignets
- Eggs Benedict
- Spicy Chicken Biscuit
- Philly Omelet
- Fried & Confused (French toast sandwich with fried chicken, pimento cheese, bacon + raspberry jalapeño jelly)
- Old Fashioned Salisbury Steak
- Fish and Chips
- Shrimp and Grits
- Elvis Burger
Now, you can find that menu in Alabama. Since their opening last week, Toasted Smiths Station has already seen high demand and five-star reviews—just like their original Columbus, Georgia location.
