Milo’s Hamburgers currently has two dozen locations across the Birmingham, Montgomery, Cullman and Tuscaloosa areas. In November, they’re adding a new area to the list with their expansion into Auburn.

According to Opelika-Auburn News, here is the when and where of the new spot:

“Auburn is a town we have always wanted to be in. We have had requests to come to the area for many years, and we look forward to serving the community.”

Adam Pennebaker, CEO, Milo’s Hamburgers, as quoted in Opelika-Auburn News

FUN FACT: This isn’t actually the first Milo’s Hamburgers to open in Auburn, though it will be the only one there currently. In the earlier days, they opened locations in both Auburn and Mobile.

About Milo’s Hamburgers

Started in 1946, Milo’s Hamburgers has been serving up craveable burgers, sweet tea and signature sauce for decades. Milo, the founder and namesake, was a mess cook in the U.S. Army and knew how to cook a fabulous burger.

Over the years, Milo’s Hamburgers grew, opening many more locations throughout Birmingham and expanding into other central Alabama cities. Their menu also expanded, and here are some items you’ll find on it today:

  • Burgers (of course)
  • Chicken nuggets, tenders + sandwiches
  • Signature fries (with top-notch seasoning)
  • Milk shakes + hand pies for dessert

Their Milo’s Sauce—a flavorfully combination of smoky, sweet and savory—compliments just about everything on the menu, and their sweet tea is a must. Auburn, get excited.

MORE: In 2021, Bo Nix—ex-Auburn quarterback—announced a partnership with Milo’s Hamburgers.
