Big news for Jasper! Rural King, a popular retailer for farm and outdoor equipment, is coming to town. Here’s what you need to know.

The new Rural King in Jasper

Rural King’s newest Alabama location in Jasper will occupy a former Kmart store, as reported by the City of Jasper. According to ABC33/40, this site has been vacated for nearly a decade.

An exciting Facebook post from the City of Jasper announced that the contract between the City and Rural King is now in place, and the transformation of the 90,000-square-foot space is expected to begin soon.

Rural King’s 5th Alabama location

Rural King already has three locations in North Alabama and one in South Alabama, and this new location will allow Rural King to serve more of Central Alabama.
