Whataburger fans, we’ve got great news: the popular fast-food chain is making its way to Cullman. According to the Cullman Tribune, the City’s Planning Commission approved the site plan for a proposed Whataburger. Read on for all the meaty details.
Welcome to Cullman
Originally hailing from Corpus Christi, Texas, Whataburger has rapidly grown from a Texas-exclusive treat to a fan favorite across the south. Now, with over 900 locations across the country, including 20 in Alabama, Whataburger has continued to expand and Cullman is next on the list.
According to the Cullman Tribune, the Cullman location will provide seating for 76 customers, and will be located on Cherokee Avenue Southwest and Swafford Road Southwest.
What’s on the menu?
Since it’s a fast food restaurant, you may be wondering what all the hype is about. I may be a little biased, but I think Whataburger is a step above the rest.
Along with a rotating seasonal menu, Whataburger’s fresh ingredients and unique menu offerings are sure to put a smile on your face. Here’s a taste of some fan favorites:
- Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit
- Patty Melt
- Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich
…and much more.
While we don’t have further details on the new location, we’ll hear more about the development once construction begins.
