About Mo’Bay Beignet Co.
Founder of Mo’Bay Beignet Company Jaclyn Robinson initially started Mo’Bay Beignet Co. in May of 2019 as a fundraiser to send her daughter to college. After a year of crunching numbers and having doubts, Jaclyn decided it was time to open a storefront. Mo’Bay Beignet Co. opened its doors in 2020 in downtown Mobile.
Despite the trials most small businesses faced in 2020, Mo’Bay Beignet Company thrived, which led to several new locations opening.

What’s on the menu?
Obviously the beignets are a must when visiting, but the best part about Mo’Bay beignets are the delicious syrups. Some syrups are seasonal and come in flavors like strawberry, raspberry, peanut butter and lemon.
Mo’Bay Beignet Co. also has delicious coffee and lemonade flavors—the raspberry syrup + lemonade combo can’t be beat!
