Pair of Alabamians featured in new Prime Video series with Kevin Bacon

If you’re looking for your next binge watch, maybe you should head over to Prime Video to check out the horror-comedy series The Bondsman.
The show stars prestigious actor Kevin Bacon in a main character role but it also features a pair of Alabamians in supporting roles.
Gadsden native + well-known actor Beth Grant features in all eight episodes of the first season while Huntsville native Bill Billions plays a smaller role, featuring in one episode late in the season.

Beth Grant
Grant has a long + still growing filmography list which includes featuring in three movies that won Best Picture at the Oscars including:
- Rain Man
- No Country For Old Men
- The Artist
She has also starred in other well-known movies including Donnie Darko + Little Miss Sunshine as well as TV series like The Mindy Project + Jericho.
In this new show, Grant plays Kitty Halloran, the mother of Kevin Bacon’s character.
Bill Billions
The Huntsville native may be less established than Grant but Billions has a long list of movies + shows he’s had a role in. According to IMDB, Billions is credited with 49 acting roles, 47 directing roles and 46 writing roles.
His role in The Bondsman is his first acting role since 2022. He features in the 7th episode of the season, playing a character called Grizzly Terral.
