The Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park at OWA Parks & Resort is making two big splashes this summer. Foley Alabama’s indoor water park will be opening in two phases, and we’re thrilled to see the gates open for Phase One on June 27, 2022. Keep reading to get the scoop on all the fun.

Phase One—June 27

  • 6 thrill slides
  • A lazy river
  • Indoor dining options
  • Party rental rooms
  • An indoor arcade
  • Children’s play structure with five slides

Phase two—TBD

  • 30,000 sq. ft. outdoor wave pool
  • Surf simulator
  • MORE dining and beverage options

According to OWA, Tropic Falls will be the only indoor waterpark in the entire US with both a retractable roof and sidewall. Pop off!

You’ll want to get a jumpstart on their ticket and season passes. In honor of the new indoor water park, OWA will be initiating a new ticketing process. This includes reimagined season passes with gold and diamond levels, exclusive seasonal passes and buddy passes.

Exclusive perks include seasonal buddy passes and discounts on select dining, merchandise, and lodging. Tickets go on sale on May 25.

Oh! We almost forgot the mascot. You’ll want to meet the Tropic Falls toucan mascot AKA Tuki the Toucan.
