New development brings Starbucks, Chipotle + more to Phenix City

There’s big news for Phenix City, Alabama! Soon, the small town will soon be getting a brand-new development. Read on for all the details.

The new development

A dozen of Phenix City’s 18,000 acres are getting devoted to a new development from Lindstrom & Company. Located off Highway 280 North, the development will be highly visible and accessible—two reasons the developer chose the site.

While we haven’t heard when the development will open, we do know what retailers and restaurants are coming.

What’s included in the development

Thanks to the new development, some of America’s favorite fast-casual spots (coffee and burritos, anyone?) are coming to Phenix City for the first time. Here’s what’s on the roster so far:

• Outback Steakhouse
• Peachtree Immediate Care
• Starbucks
• Valvoline

There are two more spaces available as well, and we can’t wait to see how the development takes shape in the coming months.
