The Alabama Gulf Coast is no stranger to accolades for its delicious restaurants, and one has just earned another recognition to hang its hat on.

Mashed, an online food publication, proclaimed this month that Felix’s Fish Camp serves up the best fish sandwiches in Alabama.

Felix’s is owned by Cooper Restaurants, which is known for its restaurants that all receive rave reviews, including BLUEGILL Restaurant and the Mobile franchise of Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

“When in Alabama, you can’t go wrong with a fish camp. Felix’s Fish Camp is located in Spanish Fort near Mobile Bay, ideal for scenic sunsets and waterfront atmosphere.

“The Jumbo Po’boy selection includes premium white fish, a fresh catch at market pricing, as well as crawfish, oysters or shrimp. If you can’t decide, you can get half and half and get a little bit of both.”

Michelle Washmuth, Mashed
