Record-breaking $4.3M home sold at Smith Lake [PHOTOS]

A waterfront estate one hour from Huntsville and Birmingham has sold for $4.345 million, the highest-priced home ever sold on Smith Lake.
The previous record was $3.6 million according to Lake Home Realty.
The home was built by renowned luxury home builder Casey Wheeler of Wheeler Homes.
Justin Dyar with Lake Homes Realty represented the sellers and J.W. Hightower with Lake Homes Realty, represented the buyers in this transaction.
