Roll Tide Jerky officially goes on sale this September
As the NIL conversations are heating up this football season, college programs are creating innovative (and tasty) ways to support their athletes. If you’re a jerky-loving Crimson Tide fan, I’ve got good news for you—Roll Tide Jerky is here.
What is Roll Tide Jerky?
Yea Alabama, the official NIL program of the Crimson Tide, and Crimson Tide Sports Marketing have joined forces to roll out the first product that benefits student athletes. A portion of the sales go to Alabama football players—specifically, the offensive line.
The nine players benefiting from Roll Tide Jerky are:
- Darrian Dalcourt
- Elijah Pritchett
- JC Latham
- Kadyn Proctor
- Miles McVay
- Olaus Alinen
- Seth McLaughlin
- Tyler Booker
- Wilkin Formby
After a huge victory over Middle Tennessee State University, fans are rallying around this year’s offensive line. Roll Tide Jerky’s just another way to do that.
When + where you can get Roll Tide Jerky
Now for the really important part: flavors. The jerky will come in two flavors, which were decided on by the offensive line themselves:
- Honey BBQ Pork, “Big Man Barbecue”
- Smoky Mesquite, “Mean Mesquite”
According to Roll Tide Jerky’s website, “Over 60% of Alabama fans are also fans of jerky snacks.” If you’re in the majority, here’s what you need to know about getting your hands on the new product—launching in September.
