For many fans, SEC Media Days marks the unofficial start of the college football season. And believe it or not, the preseason event is nearly here.
Coaches, players and media members will head to Tampa next week for the four-day affair featuring all 16 SEC football teams. Here’s the full schedule for the week:
- Monday, July 20: Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee
- Tuesday, July 21: Auburn, Georgia, South Carolina, Vanderbilt
- Wednesday, July 22: Alabama, Florida, Ole Miss, Texas A&M
- Thursday, July 23: Arkansas, LSU, Mississippi State, Texas
All four days will be covered live on SEC Network.
Auburn coach Alex Golesh ready for first SEC Media Days

Alex Golesh was hired less than 48 hours after Auburn’s 2025 season ended and he has brought a new sense of excitement to The Plains.
Part of that excitement is new quarterback Byrum Brown who played for Golesh at South Florida and transferred to Auburn for his final season of eligibility.
Brown will be one of three Tigers at SEC Media Days this year along with kicker Alex McPherson and defensive back Champ Anthony.
You can watch coverage of Golesh + that trio Tuesday, July 21 on SEC Network.
Alabama + Kalen DeBoer take the stage July 22

Alabama is looking to build off its first College Football Playoff appearance under coach Kalen DeBoer.
One of the storylines entering the season: who will be the starting quarterback for the Crimson Tide? To no surprise, that question was not answered with the SEC Media Days schedule as Alabama is one of seven teams not bringing a quarterback to the podium.
Instead, DeBoer will be joined by:
- Zabien Brown, defensive back
- Ryan Coleman-Williams, wide receiver
- Bray Hubbard, defensive back
Coverage of the Crimson Tide’s trip to Tampa will air Wednesday, July 22 on SEC Network.
