Savannah Bananas will storm Auburn’s Jordan-Hare in Feb. 2027

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to watch Savannah Bananas baseball played inside a college football stadium that holds 88,000+ fans? If so, now is your chance!

Last night on ESPN2, the Savannah Bananas announced they are opening the 2027 Banana Ball World Tour at Auburn University, for three games across Plainsman Park and Jordan-Hare Stadium on February 25-27.

Jordan-Hare game is on Feb.27

Often called the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball, the Savannah Bananas play Banana Ball—a fast-paced, competitive version of baseball with choreographed performances, trick plays and interactive entertainment.

All six Banana Ball teams will take the field over three days on the Plains, with two games at Plainsman Park before moving to Jordan-Hare Stadium for the opening weekend finale featuring the Savannah Bananas against the Firefighters on Saturday, Feb. 27.

Auburn becoming a big sports destination

Jordan-Hare Stadium is quickly becoming a destination for events beyond football. In June 2026, the home of the Auburn Tigers hosted a sold-out pre-World Cup friendly between Argentina and Iceland.

Auburn is not the only Alabama city getting a chance to have Banana Ball barnstorm through town. Birmingham is welcoming the famous league on March 12-13, 2027 at Regions Field.
