See Alabama-made 2026 Honda Passport launch at Lincoln plant [PHOTOS]

Last week, The Bama Buzz was on hand to see Honda roll out the new 2026 Honda Passport—exclusively made in Lincoln, Alabama .
The celebration with the Associates at the Honda Alabama Auto Plant (AAP) marked the official start of production for the popular vehicle.
Joining the special event was ESPN Band of the Year, the Purple Marching Machine from Miles College.

Honda: Producing vehicles in Alabama for over 20 years

Honda has been building light truck models in Alabama for over 20 years. The Plant in Lincoln is one of five Honda auto plants in America.
Employing 4,500 associates, the facility’s annual production capacity is 340,000 Honda light trucks and 340,000 V6 engines, using domestic and globally sourced parts.
The site is the world’s exclusive production home of the Honda Pilot and Passport SUVs, including all TrailSport models, the Odyssey minivan and the Ridgeline pickup.
