Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, in collaboration with NFC, are working to design fitness courts to provide free access to top-tier workouts and ensure equitable exercise opportunities for communities throughout the state.

Each fitness court is an outdoor gym with seven exercise stations—each encouraging people to use their body weight to get a complete workout.
