Spirit Halloween announces 14 locations across Alabama for 2026 season

The calendars have turned to August which means pumpkin decorations are already out and Halloween candy is lining the shelves at stores across the country.
For those who want to get a jumpstart on their Halloween costumes, some Spirit Halloween locations have already opened in Alabama with 14 total expected to open across the state this season.
Spirit Halloween locations in Alabama
Spirit Halloween stores provide a temporary warehouse-style location with costumes, decorations and more to get you ready for October 31.
According to the company’s website, there are already five locations opened in our state with nine more coming soon. The ones already open include locations in:
- Daphne (next to Baldwin Eye Hour Clinic)
- Decatur (Former Its Fashion Metro location)
- Dothan (Former JoAnn location)
- Huntsville (Next to Rainbow Shops)
- Mobile (Former Big Lots location)
The other stores opening this year will be in:
- Anniston (Former Dirt Cheap location)
- Birmingham (Former Hibbett Sports location)
- Florence (Former Big Lots location)
- Gadsden (Former Bargain Hunt location)
- Hoover (Former Buy Buy Baby location)
- Huntsville (Former JoAnn location)
- Leeds (Former Birmingham Bargains location)
- Mobile (Former JoAnn location)
- Montgomery (Former JoAnn location)
