Baseball

Alabama baseball draws a crowd, but not just from students. Sewell-Thomas was packed with families last Tuesday in support of the team. Fans can bring in their alcohol as long as it’s a 6-pack in cans. If you plan on sitting in the grass area, remember to bring lawn chairs on something comfy.

- April 8th | Southern Miss
- April 11th-13th | Mississippi State
- April 15th | UAB
- April 24th-26th | Missouri
- May 9th-11th | Georgia
Softball
It’s not just baseball that’s in full swing this spring. Softball has been on a roll this season. Recently, the team won their first SEC series against Georgia. Make sure to tune in to the next game at Rhoads Stadium.
Upcoming home games:
- April 12th-14th | Oklahoma
- April 25th-27th | Missouri
Gymnastics
Gymnastics will come to a close soon, so attend a meet while you can! This week, the team will head on to the NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional, home at Coleman Coliseum.
Upcoming meets:
- April 4th | Cal, Iowa + North Carolina
- April 17th-19th | NCAA Championships in Fort Worth Texas

What to expect

Whenever you’re in Sewell-Thomas stadium, make sure to stop by the Hall of Fame. Installed in 2017, the Hall of Fame has a baseballs signed by players, information about Joe Sewell + Frank Thomas, + tons of memorabilia.
Tickets + parking

Tickets for the games vary but are usually under $15 for baseball + $25 for softball. Student entry is free.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve at the Capstone Deck, right across from Sewell-Thomas stadium. There is also parking available off Coliseum Dr + Coliseum St.
For Rhoads stadium parking, there is a lot adjacent to the stadium off of Peter Bryce BLVD. Parking is also available across the street at the Student Rec Center.
