Staggs Grocery was opened in 1937 by Florence native, Wesley Staggs. When the establishment first opened it was a small grocery store to supply the area with basic goods. Since then, Staggs has shifted into a beloved restaurant serving delicious breakfast and lunch.

The original charm of Staggs still stands, and it still remains a family owned business.

Staggs’ menu is full of tasty southern foods such as their biscuits that are made in house. Their biscuits are a fan favorite along with their greasy and delicious burgers. Don’t miss out on their chocolate gravy which is served periodically. Check out the rest of the menu:

  • Biscuits
  • Breakfast plates
  • Omelettes
  • Burgers
  • Sandwiches
  • Chicken finger plates
  • Salads

We recommend, the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, the Staggs all star breakfast plate, and the cheeseburger!
