Staks Pancake House to open first Alabama location in Auburn

Alabama’s first location

Currently open for business in three Tennessee cities (Germantown, East Memphis + Southaven), the restaurant will soon be branching out with Alabama’s very first location in Auburn. 

According to the Birmingham Business Journal, franchisees Brian and Kim Wirth are behind the new location. The couple is known for opening Auburn’s first boutique hotel—The Collegiate Hotel.

Aren’t familiar with Staks? 

Warning, you’re gonna drool. Staks is a Tennessee-based brunch franchise that’s “so flippin’ good”. At least that’s what its catchy slogan says. 

So what can you get at this breakfast-inspired eatery? The Staks menu features creative offerings like pancakes and waffles, French toast, vegan skillets and omelettes. You’ll also find lots of handcrafted cocktails and coffees. 

Bonus: All ingredients and products are locally sourced with fair trade practices.
