Tuscaloosa adds new Piggly Wiggly location in Five Points

On October 30, Tuscaloosa hosted an grand opening that featured ribbon cutting, giveaways, free merchandise, free samples + more. This newest addition to the Piggly Wiggly family in Tuscaloosa is the sixth one to join the Tuscaloosa County, operated by B&W foods, after taking over the former Winn Dixie building.
This new location has the following accommodations + resources for shoppers:
- On-site butcher
- Bakery
- Deli
- Floral stand
This location is also adding a Tuscaloosa Drug Company inside of the store. It is still currently being built.
West Alabama’s Piggly Wiggly Instagram posts weekly ads to provide different sales that are currently happening in each store.
